By creating an account or using NativSpeaker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

NativSpeaker provides a language learning platform that allows users to study foreign languages by shadowing TikTok videos. The service includes a synchronised teleprompter, real-time translation, word breakdown, pronunciation guides, and vocabulary tracking.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

NativSpeaker accesses publicly available TikTok video captions via the TikTok Content Posting API solely for educational language learning purposes. We do not download, host, redistribute, or otherwise reproduce TikTok video files.

All TikTok content remains the property of its respective creators and is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service. NativSpeaker makes no claim of ownership over any third-party content.

You agree to use NativSpeaker only to access content that is publicly available and that you have the right to access. You must not use NativSpeaker to infringe any intellectual property rights.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial language learning
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Not use the service to access, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted content in violation of applicable law
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are not satisfied with NativSpeaker Pro within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@nativspeaker.com for a full refund — no questions asked.

After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Annual subscriptions are not refunded after the 7-day window except where required by law.

NativSpeaker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NativSpeaker Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any vocabulary data and personal notes you create within the app. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data to provide the service.

You may not use NativSpeaker to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

NativSpeaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captions and translations will be 100% accurate. Language learning outcomes depend on individual effort and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NativSpeaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
