Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card required, no time limit. The free plan gives you 5 sessions per day, basic teleprompter, and translation in one language — forever.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
What happens to my vocabulary if I downgrade?
Your vocabulary data is never deleted. If you downgrade to the free plan, you keep everything you've saved — you just won't be able to add new entries beyond the free tier's limits until you upgrade again.
Do you offer student or team discounts?
We're working on an education plan. If you're a teacher or student looking for group access, email us at hello@nativspeaker.com and we'll work something out.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days of your Pro subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
